Terms of cooperation, returns & shipments

These Terms and Conditions apply to the sale of Goods to the Buyer by the company , hereinafter also referred to as the Manufacturer, Seller, Producer.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ORDER
The order must be made in writing. It is valid after confirmation by the manufacturer in the same form, unless otherwise agreed. It should contain all information important to the Seller, such as: Seller's item number, Item price, Ordered quantity, Currency, Invoice (including a valid VAT number for Buyers from the EU), Shipping address, Shipping date, Delivery terms, Payment terms, Shipping method, Buyer's contact details, such as e-mail address, phone number.
PRICES
The prices offered by the Seller or costs stated in the order constitute the total price for the production of the goods. The price is valid at the time of placing the offer. The Seller reserves the right to change the price during the year. Therefore, the manufacturer requires that the buyer always asks for the current price just before placing an order

The minimum order quantity from one design is:
Minis: 96 pieces
Medium: 48 pieces
Large: 24 or 36 pieces
PAYMENT
The payment terms at Koronex Agnieszka Zgajewska are "Payment in advance". Payment must be received in full before the goods are delivered. The payment is divided into two parts:
Based on the proforma invoice, a 50% advance payment (via funds transfer) is required to continue production. This confirms the validity of the placed order.
The remaining payment before shipment
The payment must be received in the seller's account in the full amount of the invoice. The seller does not bear any bank transfer fees.
PRODUCTION
Koronex Agnieszka Zgajewska declares that it is the manufacturer of all offered goods and that the goods are of Polish origin. All goods manufactured by Koronex Agnieszka Zgajewska are entirely handmade. The production lead time depends on the ordered quantities.
LABELLING AND PACKAGING
Koronex Agnieszka Zgajewska declares that the offered catalog prices include the cost of standard shipping boxes (multipack) and standard labels marking the goods.
. Any special packaging, palletizing, labeling and marking of products according to the customer's specification may result in an increase in price and therefore must be agreed upon when placing the order.
SHIPPING AND SHIPPING METHODS
Basic Koronex Agnieszka Zgajewska is EXW Factory. The seller makes the product available in the factory, and the buyer bears all transport costs and is responsible for all customs clearances and obligations.
The price of the goods does not include shipping costs. The buyer/customer is obliged to organize collection on their own and at their own expense. At the request of the buyer/customer, Koronex Agnieszka Zgajewska can organize shipping. In the event that the manufacturer/seller organizes shipping, the buyer is charged with transport costs, and the incoterms vary depending on the selected and agreed shipping method. The delivery date must always be agreed and confirmed with the manufacturer. The delivery date is the date the goods are ready for shipping to the customer. This means that the goods are ready for collection at that time. Koronex Agnieszka Zgajewska is not responsible for delays caused by the forwarder.
SAMPLES
All samples are payable. The price of the sample must be agreed before the samples are prepared. The costs of sending the sample must always be covered by the customer.
INDIVIDUAL PRODUCTS
Koronex Agnieszka Zgajewska is the designer and manufacturer of all offered goods. It is possible to make goods based on the customer's design, product, idea. The prices of goods must be determined before the design and product are developed. The manufacturer reserves the right that the cost may change during the design process depending on the techniques and costs unforeseen at the time of starting the design. Minimum order quantities for changing decorations or creating new shapes must be determined individually.

COMPLAINTS
All complaints must be reported within 10 days of receiving the goods. Koronex Agnieszka Zgajewska is not responsible for damage caused by the forwarder. Complaints regarding damage to the subject of the order during transport will be considered only after preparing a damage report signed by the courier/carrier.
